Over the past decade I’ve immersed myself in curiously exploring my body, mind & sexuality from every single angle I found – the playful, the psychological, the medical, the neurological, the philosophical, the spiritual…. And I’ve merged it all into a trauma-informed, holistic & tantric approach to life, that makes it possible to enjoy the true pleasure of getting to be in a human body. Learning to be deeply grateful for every single moment in it. For me that’s the RADICAL PLEASURE - SACRED REVOLUTION we’re talking about.

We offer courses, workshops, rituals and sessions (online and in person) where we, in an accessible and fun way offer profound, trauma-informed personal and relational transformation work.
